How to Book Accommodation on GoStay®
Booking accommodation on GoStay.com.au and GoStay.co.nz is quick and easy!
With GoStay® you can book accommodation up to a year in advance as well as at the last minute.
There are minor differences between the layout of your search results and booking procedures for bookings in advance of 28 days, see 'Advance accommodation bookings' below
Last minute accommodation bookings ( less than 28 days in advance)
1. Select your destination from the list, (you can also enter your Hotel Name if you know the name of the hotel youâre interested in)
2. Select your check in and check out dates and click Search. The results page will show you a range of properties with prices for the dates you have selected. Â Browse the list of properties and choose one that suits you. If a property has several different types of rooms or packages available, only the lowest priced one is shown on this page. To view other offers, more information about a property or proceed with a booking, select the property by clicking on the name. This takes you to a detailed information page.
3. Select your dates and the room type you would like to book.
4. Click Book Now and complete the required details â name, email address and telephone number. We require these details to confirm your booking. Click Continue.
5. Complete the credit card details and click Pay Now. Once your credit card details have been processed, your booking is automatically sent to the hotel and a confirmation email is sent to you. To make your check-in easier, present a print out of your booking confirmation and invoice to the hotel when you arrive.

Advance accommodation bookings ( 28 â 365 days in advance)
1. Select your destination from the list, (you can also enter your Hotel Name if you know the name of the hotel youâre interested in)

Instant Confirmation means you can book and confirm your accommodation instantly.
On Request means that the property cannot confirm your booking instantly but will usually respond to your request within 24 hours.
4. Complete the required details â name, email address and telephone number. We require these details to confirm your booking. Click Continue.
5. Complete the credit card details and click Pay Now. Once your credit card details have been processed, your booking is automatically sent to the hotel and an email is sent to you advising that your booking status is On Request. All services in the booking request will be confirmed (or otherwise) within 24 hours by email. Your payment will not be processed until your booking is confirmed.
